The Numero 10 has been constructed with a PU material laminated with neoprene foam to increase the softness. Additionally, a new golf ball textured PU-surface and the 32 hand stitched panel design ensures optimal aerodynamics.
The 32 panel design was developed in 1962 by Eigil Nielsen, the founder of Select . This construction, 20 hexagons and 12 pentagons, is still used today as it provides an optimal roundness which is essential to obtain reliable aerodynamics, a straight flight and a controlled bounce
